One installer per plugin

Tom Wolfe installation.

Tom Wolfe releases a separate installer for each plugin, so you only download the ones you bought. Set aside about ten minutes. You will need the activation code from your licence email.

How to install and activate

Get your download

    Create or sign in to your Tom Wolfe account

    Open the Redeem Your Download page. It asks you to sign up for a tomwolfe.co.uk account, or log in if you already have one — the presets are delivered into that account.

    Redeem your code

    Once you are signed in, enter the code from this email on the redeem page. The product is added to your account straight away.

    TIPPaste the code exactly as it appears in this email.

    Your activation code

    It is in your licence email, in the purple panel. Signed in? It is in your account too.

    Download the preset pack from My Account

    Open My Account and download the pack. Collection download links expire after 7 days, so download soon — if a link has lapsed, use the site's contact form and it will be re-added to your account.

Install

    Install the presets in your synth

    These are preset files, not a plug-in. Unzip the download and add the presets to the synth they were made for (named on the product page) — each pack includes a readme with the folder or import method for that synth. There is nothing to activate.

You need the synth or effect the pack is written for (Serum, Diva, Omnisphere, Pigments and so on) already installed — the pack contains presets only.

If something goes wrong

My code is not accepted

Codes are entered exactly as sent — paste rather than retype, and keep or drop dashes exactly as the steps say. Still stuck? Contact us with your order number and we will sort it, usually the same day.

The plug-in does not show up in my music program

Check you installed the format your program uses and rescan its plug-in folders. The Tom Wolfe help pages cover each program's scan settings.

I bought this but have no email

Check spam first — licence emails arrive within minutes of payment. Nothing there? Contact us and we will resend it.
