One installer per plugin

Synchro Arts installation.

Synchro Arts releases a separate installer for each plugin, so you only download the ones you bought. Set aside about ten minutes. You will need the activation code from your licence email.

How to install and activate

Add your purchase to your Synchro Arts account

    Find your redeem code

    It is near the top of your licence email and looks like SA-XXXXX-XXXXX. This code adds the product to your Synchro Arts account — it is not the licence code that unlocks the plug-in. That comes in Part 3.

    Your activation code

    It is in your licence email, in the purple panel. Signed in? It is in your account too.

    Go to redeem.synchroarts.com and sign in

    The page asks you to log in. Never had a Synchro Arts account? Use the Sign Up link at the bottom — it is free, and you need it. Once you are in, a window asks for your redeem code. If you do not see it, click the “Use redeem code” button near the top right of the Plugins page.

    TIPBought an Upgrade or Crossgrade? Sign in with the account that already holds your older Synchro Arts product — the code only redeems when that licence is in your account (see the note below).

    Paste your redeem code, click Redeem, then reveal your licence code

    Paste the code from Part 1 and click ‘Redeem’. Your product now appears in your account. Click it, or its Install button on the right, and press “Show Code” next to the licence: this longer code — six groups of six letters and numbers — is your licence code, the one the plug-in wants.

    TIPCode not accepted even though it has never been used? Synchro Arts suggests trying a different device or internet connection — your phone on mobile data, for example.

Install and unlock

    Download and run the installer

    In that same product page or pop-up, use the macOS or Windows installer button for your computer, open what downloads and follow the prompts. Each product has its own installer — repeat for every product on your order.

    Open the plug-in and paste your licence code

    Open RePitch or VocAlign inside the music program you use — Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Pro Tools, Cubase, any of them. For Revoice Pro, open the Revoice Pro app itself. It asks for a licence code: paste the one you revealed in Part 3 (not the SA- code from Part 1) and click ‘Activate’. No iLok and no extra licence app is needed. You need to be online for this.

    TIPTyping it by hand? Include the hyphens. If the plug-in does not appear in your music program at all, it may be listed under its ARA variant — where it shows up differs by program.

    CHECKPOINT

    The plug-in says your product is activated and offers “Get Started” — that is it. Enjoy.

Upgrades (RePitch 2 Standard Upgrade, VocAlign 7 Pro/Standard Upgrade, Revoice Pro 5 Upgrade) and Crossgrades (RePitch 2 Elements/Standard Crossgrade, VocAlign 7 Pro/Standard Crossgrade, Revoice Pro 5 Crossgrade) redeem exactly like a new licence, but only if your Synchro Arts account already holds a full, perpetual licence for the qualifying product: an Upgrade needs an older or lower product in the same line (RePitch Elements for RePitch Standard, an earlier VocAlign for VocAlign 7, Revoice Pro 3 or 4 for Revoice Pro 5); a Crossgrade needs a product from a different line (VocAlign or Revoice Pro for RePitch, and so on). Subscription licences do not qualify. If your older licence is an iLok licence from Synchro Arts' old system, connect that iLok ID to your Synchro Arts account first (Account Settings > iLok ID); the new licence you receive is not an iLok licence. The two bundles (RePitch 2 Standard + VocAlign Pro) are redeemed with one code; then download, install and activate each plug-in separately.

If something goes wrong

My code is not accepted

Codes are entered exactly as sent — paste rather than retype, and keep or drop dashes exactly as the steps say. Still stuck? Contact us with your order number and we will sort it, usually the same day.

The plug-in does not show up in my music program

Check you installed the format your program uses and rescan its plug-in folders. The Synchro Arts help pages cover each program's scan settings.

I bought this but have no email

Check spam first — licence emails arrive within minutes of payment. Nothing there? Contact us and we will resend it.
