Sonuscore installation.

Sonuscore products are installed and unlocked through Native Access. Set aside about ten minutes. You will need the activation code from your licence email.

How to install and activate

The software only accepts the licence key — the activation code will be rejected there.

Get your serial

    Register your code on the Sonuscore website

    Open Sonuscore's Product Registration page. Log in to your sonuscore.com account, or create one, then enter the Registration Code from this email. Sonuscore emails you a serial number and download instructions.

    It is in your licence email, in the purple panel. Signed in? It is in your account too.

Install

    Install Native Access

    Native Access is Native Instruments' free app that installs and activates Sonuscore libraries. Download it, install it, and sign in with a Native Instruments account — create one if you don't have it. Your sonuscore.com login does not work here.

    Add your serial in Native Access

    Click + Add Serial in the left sidebar and paste the serial number from Sonuscore's email.

    Install the library

    Go to Library, choose Available, and click Install under your instrument. If you don't have Kontakt yet, Native Access installs the free Kontakt Player alongside it.

    The library loads in Kontakt or Kontakt Player.

    Repeat for each product you bought

    Each library has its own Registration Code and serial. Register and add them one at a time.

Sonuscore libraries run in the free Kontakt Player — you do not need the full Kontakt.

If something goes wrong

My code is not accepted

Codes are entered exactly as sent — paste rather than retype, and keep or drop dashes exactly as the steps say. Still stuck? Contact us with your order number and we will sort it, usually the same day.

The plug-in does not show up in my music program

Check you installed the format your program uses and rescan its plug-in folders. The Sonuscore help pages cover each program's scan settings.

I bought this but have no email

Check spam first — licence emails arrive within minutes of payment. Nothing there? Contact us and we will resend it.

Do I need the Sonuscore app?

Yes — Sonuscore installs and licenses everything through its own app; the guide above starts there.
