One installer per plugin

NUGEN Audio installation.

NUGEN Audio releases a separate installer for each plugin, so you only download the ones you bought. Set aside about ten minutes. You will need the activation code from your licence email.

How to install and activate

    Sign in or create your NUGEN Audio account

    Log in (or create an account) at nugenaudio.com using the email address you'd like the licence attached to.

    Refresh the Register page to claim your product

    While signed in, open the Register page and refresh it. NUGEN Audio automatically attaches products purchased from a dealer to your account.

    TIPIf the product doesn't appear after refreshing, open a support ticket and quote the licence number from this email.

    Your activation code

    It is in your licence email, in the purple panel. Signed in? It is in your account too.

    Download your product

    Once registered, go to My products in your account and download the installer for your OS.

    Run each installer in turn

    Open the downloaded files one after another and follow the prompts.

    TIPWhen the installer asks which plug-in formats you want, tick VST3 and AU on Mac, or VST3 and AAX on Windows if you use Pro Tools.

    Open your DAW and check

    Restart your DAW so it rescans for new plug-ins, then load one of your NUGEN Audio plug-ins on a track. No trial banner means the licence is live.

Bundle licences are issued as one bundle code rather than per-plugin keys, and they are registered through the distributor's bundle-registration portal at getmylicense.ca, not on the brand's own site. Use the link in your licence email: enter your email address, follow the one-time registration link, enter your bundle code, and the individual product keys are sent to you. Single-product licences are unaffected.

If something goes wrong

My code is not accepted

Codes are entered exactly as sent — paste rather than retype, and keep or drop dashes exactly as the steps say. Still stuck? Contact us with your order number and we will sort it, usually the same day.

The plug-in does not show up in my music program

Check you installed the format your program uses and rescan its plug-in folders. The NUGEN Audio help pages cover each program's scan settings.

I bought this but have no email

Check spam first — licence emails arrive within minutes of payment. Nothing there? Contact us and we will resend it.

I bought several products

Each product has its own installer, and codes only unlock the product they were issued for — work down your order one at a time.
