Dreamtonics installation.

Dreamtonics is a single download that you activate the first time you open it. Set aside about ten minutes. You will need the activation code from your licence email.

How to install and activate

Add the bundle to your account

    Create or sign in to your Dreamtonics account

    Go to my.dreamtonics.com and register with the email address you want the licence on, or sign in if you already have an account. One account holds every Dreamtonics licence, whether bought directly or from us.

    Add your product with the activation code

    Product Manager is the bar under the site header. Click the green Add Product button, enter the activation code from this email into the five boxes, and click Submit. One code covers the whole bundle — the editor and its voices.

    TIPThe code is in five groups. Type or paste one group into each box, exactly as shown in this email. Can't find it? Contact us with your order number.

    Synthesizer V Studio and your voices appear under My Products.

Install

    Download and install Synthesizer V Studio

    Open My Products in Product Manager, click Download next to Synthesizer V Studio 2 Pro, pick Mac or Windows, and run the installer.

    Sign in inside the app and download your voices

    Open Synthesizer V Studio and sign in with the same account. Click the cloud icon to open Product Manager inside the app, go to My Products, and download the voices in your bundle.

    The voices load in the editor with no trial watermark.

If something goes wrong

My code is not accepted

Codes are entered exactly as sent — paste rather than retype, and keep or drop dashes exactly as the steps say. Still stuck? Contact us with your order number and we will sort it, usually the same day.

The plug-in does not show up in my music program

Check you installed the format your program uses and rescan its plug-in folders. The Dreamtonics help pages cover each program's scan settings.

I bought this but have no email

Check spam first — licence emails arrive within minutes of payment. Nothing there? Contact us and we will resend it.

Do I need an account?

Only if the steps above say so — some brands licence entirely inside the software.
