Sign in or create your Avid Master Account
Go to your Avid account and sign in, or create a free Avid Master Account if you don't already have one. Your code attaches to this account.

Redeem your product code
Once you're signed in you land on the redemption page — enter the product code from this email to add it to your account.

Download and install Avid Link
Avid Link manages your Avid software. Download it for your OS, sign in, and use it to download and activate the product you just redeemed.

Install your products from Avid Link
In Avid Link, select the products on your order and press Install. Leave the default locations unless you know you need to change them.
If something goes wrong
My code is not accepted
Codes are entered exactly as sent — paste rather than retype, and keep or drop dashes exactly as the steps say. Still stuck? Contact us with your order number and we will sort it, usually the same day.
The plug-in does not show up in my music program
Check you installed the format your program uses and rescan its plug-in folders. The AVID help pages cover each program's scan settings.
I bought this but have no email
Check spam first — licence emails arrive within minutes of payment. Nothing there? Contact us and we will resend it.
